1990 Atlas Copco Simba H263 ITH Rig & Booster Package asset # ITH2 This rig is operational with 1,807 hours on Deutz F4L912W engine with 2,908 percussion hours & the package includes a 1000 volt 75 KW Atlas Copco booster compressor, drill strings & hammers as listed below. This rig is operated via a remote desk and set up with DHR48H56-6 rotation unit, hydraulic spanner and breakout with DHR48 Rotation unit and has comfortably run 10 inch hammer reaming to 14 " hole to 80m , 6 1/2 holes to 220m, up-hole rises with 12 reamers & 3 1/2 shot holes. Rotation unit was rebuilt less than 100 hours ago while the rig shows some oil leaks and will require minor work to be ready for operation. Run up on diesel and trams very well with steering, brakes & positioning all functioning. Booster runs well and generally able to maintain 220 to 250psi to 6 hammer pending mine air inlet pressure. Hard copy manuals available with this rig. Drill consumables included in this sale as below with approx. $200k replacement cost: 3 1/2 rods x 1.5 2 3/8 IF & reg x 57 units 3 rods 2 3/8 reg 1.5m x 30 units 3 hammer x 2 plus numerous bits 4 hammers x 4 (1 x new guide hammer) plus numerous bits 4 1/2 rods - 2 7/8 IF- 1.8m x 100 units 6 hammers x 4 (1 with very little use, & 1 guide hammer little use.) Plus numerous bits & hole openers. 10 Halco hammer about 1/2 life. 270mm reamers to suit 10 hammer x 4 units 350mm reamers to suit 10 hammer x 2 units Multitude of thread adapters to suit all rods above to each other & rotation unit & hammers. This package is offered for sale via online auction on an "As Is Where Is" basis with rig running to drive on to buyers transport and consumables lifted on to buyers transport ex Bendigo, Victoria, Australia.
